Privacy Policy

Certified Nothing is a mobile app by Knogn.ai that lets people record and share time deliberately spent doing nothing. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your chosen username and password. Passwords are not stored in readable form: the service stores a salted, one-way password hash.

To operate the app, we store your account session, claim and timer results, approval or denial outcomes, leaderboard score, point wallet balance, friend relationships, recovery-code hashes, and the posts you choose to share.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate your account, run timers and claims, calculate points and leaderboard standings, provide account recovery, show your private activity feed, and let mutual friends see content you choose to share.

Sharing and visibility

Your posts are private by default. A post is shown only to you and to people who are mutually connected as friends, when you choose to share it. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and storage

Account and app data are processed using Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 to provide the Certified Nothing service. Network communications use HTTPS.

What we do not collect

Certified Nothing does not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, text messages, or advertising identifiers for the core service. The app does not include third-party advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and associated app data by contacting us at Lick@Llama$315. We may retain limited information where required to comply with law or resolve security and abuse issues.

Children

Certified Nothing is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version will always be posted at this address, with its last-updated date.
